The two parties also signed an MOU to create market opportunities for SMEs under the "Entrepreneurship Promotion Program through BDS" on 10 April 2023 at the office of the Thailand Textile Institute in Bangkok. |

"The Business Development Services (BDS) is designed to be a new channel that empowers SMEs to develop their businesses as desired. ‘We aim to enable SMEs to optimize available services in Thailand to develop and drive their businesses.’ For examples, the productivity and business efficiency development, business and administration development, product quality and standard development, and domestic and international sales channels development.
All of these premises are what SMEs need to do to strengthen their business, but most of them opted out due to lack of funding.
